- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Water bills that always round up to the next unit of water, so you are always paying for more than you use = awesome!!! If only the technology that the customers paid for could be used to make billing efficient and fair. Also the rates are higher than most other places when you calculate all the fees and high cost of storm/sewer divided in to actual water usage - don't believe the cities skewed view of "good rates!" I no longer live in Newberg but also hated the random billing cycles that changed every so often so you could get a nice double bill month right at Christmas.By Nick Doty, November 09, 2016
